Fernet Me Not

This is the first Fernet drink I have ever made. It’s an acquired taste, but I absolutely love it. Bitter, with a touch of sweetness and you want more of it.



  • 1.5. oz champagne
  • 1 oz Fernet Branca
  • 1 0z ginger liqueur
  • 1 egg white
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • Dash of bitters


  • Pour champagne in a cup. In a shaker, mix the rest of ingredients and shake and pour on top of champagne. Garnish with lemon and mint. Enjoy! Take the bitter with the sweet.
