Minato Fog

Nikka coffey whisky is known for its sweet spice, mango aroma, perfect for a cold and moody evening. This drink reminds me a lot of the moody mornings in Tokyo.

Ingredients

  • 4 parts Nikka coffee whisky
  • 1 part aperol
  • 1 part sloe gin
  • dashes of orange bitter

Instruction

Shake and strain. Smoke with a narrow neck whiskey bottle and pour into the glass and smoke a bit more. Express an orange zest, add a glass lid.

Decorate with Japanese maple leaves for that extra touch of exoticness.
