Belle de Brillet

Belle de Brillet Pear 🍐 Liqueur is an original blend of Brillet Cognac and the essence of Williams Pears. The perfectly matured pears are carefully selected, picked at peak ripeness, macerated, and then blended with Brillet cognac. I was pretty blown away by how luscious it is, ripe tart, and the perfect balance between pear flavor and cognac.

Here is a little recipe I put together as an inspiration:

Belle d'automne 🍁 🍐

1.5 oz pisco
0.5 oz Belle de Brillet Pear Liqueur
0.75 oz Nonino amaro
4 dashes earl grey bitters

Method:
- combine all ingredients in a mixer with ice
- stir and strain into a rock glass with one large ice cube
- Garnish with pear slice, with an earl grey macaroon on the side
