Celine Fizz for the hump day.

Recipe

• 2 oz gin

• 0.75 oz st-Germain

• 0.75 oz lemon juice

• 0.75 simple syrup

• 1 egg white

Instruction

Dry shake then again with ice. Strain and top with club soda. Happy hump day!
